REFUNDS
Hi bestie! Just a heads-up that we have a no refund or return policy for hygiene and sanitary reasons.
We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 15 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if an item(s) is missing in your order, we will re-ship it to you.
To qualify for a replacement, send us an email with the following information:
